INSTRUCTIONS
At the end of each week students are required to download and answer a 15 question quiz that contains 1 essay question as a bonus. Students will both bold and underline their answers on the test copy they have downloaded. Students will download a copy of this test which is located below these instructions as a file. Students will save this copy of the test into a word perfect file, answer the questions as required, save the document to the hard drive of their computer and then e-mail their instructor a completed copy of this quiz to the e-mail address provided in the syllabus. All questions should be answered ensuring no unanswered questions. Essay questions should be answered using complete sentences and correct spelling. The quiz is considered to be an open book/open note quiz however, copying text from books or instructor lecture and using them as your own answer will not allowed. Students who attempt to do so will receive a zero grade for this assignment. Answers should all be written in the students own words.
The quiz will be a combination of matching, fill in the blank and essay questions. The essay question will be assigned for extra credit and will be worth 5 points. All other questions on the quiz are worth 6 points each.
